The turnaround time is 4-7 business days which are Monday-Friday. At this time I will not offer rush or urgent readings please be respectful of my time. No refunds. No returns. Final sale. Cancellation Policy
Disclaimers I do not honor any cancelations, refunds, or exchanges, and I do not have a waitlist for limpias, barridas, or any other service provided in case of cancelations. I allow a 15 min grace period for late shows during sessions, but if you're late past 15 minutes or don't arrive, then I consider the session a no-show and reserve the right to deny future sessions. If you want to reschedule your session that is a $25 fee with a ONE-time rescheduled date but I must be contacted 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. All sales are final including the candle work.
