COMMON QUERIES

I do not honor any cancelations, refunds, exchanges, and I do not have a waitlist for limpias, barridas, or any other service provided in case of cancelations. I allow a 15 min grace period for late shows during sessions, but if you're late past 15 mins or don't arrive, then I consider the session as a no-show and I reserve the right to deny future sessions. If you want to reschedule your session that is a $25 fee with a ONE time rescheduled date but I must be contacted 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
