RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I do not honor any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, and I do not have a waitlist for limpias, barridas, or any other service provided in case of cancellations. I allow a 15-minute grace period for late shows during sessions, but if you're late past 15 minutes or don't arrive, then I consider the session a no-show and reserve the right to deny future sessions. If you want to reschedule your session, there is a $25 fee with a ONE-time rescheduled date, but I must be contacted 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
All sales are final, including the candle work. I am not legally held responsible for any financial losses or decisions made after any of our sessions together. I do not give health diagnoses.
All sales ship via USPS with insurance and tracking. Once your order is placed, allow 1 to 3 weeks of processing time, and you will receive a confirmation number, which is your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that is your shipping confirmation; if your order is returned to sender due to you not claiming it at the post office, you must pay a $15 shipping fee.
I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone and I will exercise this right if I deem it necessary. This means I can and will cancel your order or appointment if you clog my email, direct messages, or website.
